they fixed up my hair cause i had cut my hair yesterday and they had messed up and i came to the mancha with my brother and he asked if he can fix it and he fixed up good now it looks better

I had multiple problems trying to contact this shop, but after voicing that on the reviews, I was contacted within about a week to resolve the issue. These people do care about their customers, even though I had an unlucky experience and thought otherwise. I really appreciated them contacting me and trying to resolve this.

Went in there with my girlfriends to ask a few questions... Spoke with a girl named Elissa who had more attitude than a rock star. I went to go wait in the car. My girlfriends came out a few minutes later after complaining to the owner how rude this Elissa lady was...
Needless to say we aren't going back...
