Really amazing shop with great artists. Clean environment. Really cool atmosphere! Tyler and Cora are fantastic artists. Giant rooster statute in the front of the building is great for selfies!! 5 stars all day!

Red Rooster Tattoo is by far the best shop in Longview. The artist are very creative & are willing to spend time with you to answer your questions and concerns. I wanted to find the cleanest & most professional shop around & I was very satisfied with Red Rooster tattoo. They treat their clients like family & are always willing to go the extra mile to make you comfortable in the shop or draw up unique tattoos. Great spot, looks like a little house with a big rooster out front. Tyler was great. My friend and I got peircings and he was helpful and it was quick! I'd love to go back for a tattoo!

I have well over 20 tattoos, most done in the east texas area, some up north as I now live in Michigan. I have NEVER had a better experience at any other shop than the one I had a Red Rooster Tattoo. Tyler, the shop owner, was most certainly the nicest male tattoo artist I have ever come across. That may be a weird statement but I definitely have been negatively stereotyped by males in the industry, and in that area for that matter, as some weak little girl who won't be able to handle a big bad tattoo or as some hussy getting tattoos to be sexy and not as an expression of my interests and emotions. In no way was I made to feel anything other than welcome and comfortable in this shop. My artist, Cora, was FANTASTIC! She listened to my ideas and inspirations openly. Then she created a custom design that was everything I had hoped and more. You can definitely tell she is an artist with taste, from her understanding of complementary colors to proportion, size, and placement. It is safe to say, the tattoo I recieved from her is by far my favorite to date. She also used lavender soap during the process which was relaxing and a nice change from the chemical smells I associate with tattoo shops. (I do love that tattoo shop smell but lavender trumps.) I also noticed recently from Cora's instagram that they are putting together take home after care kits. Who does that?! That is amazing! I'm usually just given a piece of paper and a "good luck". Anyways, my tattoo healed up quickly and beautifully and I get compliments on it constantly. All in all it was a great experience and I can't wait to go back. Not only to get a tattoo, but to shop for art and peruse the oddities Tyler and Cora have created and curated. Seriously, even if tattoos aren't your thing, they still have something interesting for you.. I will literally be flying to Texas soon just to go here again.

Tyler exceeded my expectation when it came to quality tattoo work and his staff was extremely polite and professional and they take great pride in their work.

Absolutely love this place! I have been going here for about 6 and half years and Tyler and his crew have never disappointed! Can't wait to get back into the chair soon!
