I walked in not knowing exactly what I wanted except for an infinity sign with a purple heart in honor of my dad who has passed. I knew I didn't want the same as everyone else. I wanted unique, different, one of a kind. Before I could even get my thoughts out to Bo, he said he knew what he could do. He did a rough sketch and I fell in love. Bo is extremely professional but down to earth. He is beyond talented and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. My husband is going back in a couple of weeks to have Bo do some work on him. Thank you Bo!

My 1st piercing and I had the pleasure of having Jason do my septum. Explained everything through the process. I like fun and he made my 1st piercing experience awesome. Very laid back environment but more then anything I felt I was in good hands. Highly recommend!!!

I got my septum pierced today by Jason. He is very professional, laid back, and welcoming! I was very comfortable with him and he could I was very nervous to get the piercing done. He gave me a detailed explanation on how the nose isn’t straight and how the piercing is expected to come out. I understood him clearly and was very confident afterwards.
When it finally happened he was very gentle and straightforward, the pain was gone in .5 seconds, cleaned and out the door. The service was fast, informative, and very satisfactory! I am in love with my piercing and will definitely be back!
He also has YouTube videos on after care instructions which are very useful to watch and kits for aftercare. 😁

Me and my best friend got matching nose piercings and it went great. Amanda was very nice and very assuring. She answered all our questions and did the piercings very fast and it was pain free. Would highly recommend Amanda is great.

If I could give more stars I would! I had a horrible experience at Magic needle with my industrial piercing. I came in for help and and Miguel took the time to teach me about my piercings and what was going on. He quickly fixed what was wrong and was incredibly professional. The entire staff there was kind and beyond helpful. The entire shop is also clean and made me feel comfortable. My piercing is now saved thanks to Enduring and Miguel. I couldn't be more grateful! If you want a shop that provides great customer service, great prices and incredible work, come here! I will definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you Enduring for all of your help!

Love coming here. I've had several tattoos done by Jason, and I took my teen to get her navel peirced here. Everything is always clean and an overall awesome experience with the customer service.

Amanda did a great job on my daith piercing. If you need a piercer she is gentle and considerate of the pain that comes with certain piercings and talks you through it.
