Got a helix piercing done by Martin. Did not hurt at all. Yet, when I saw he was only going to sterilize the jewelry piece straight from the counter with just alcohol spray I did not feel at ease. I voiced my concern and a female employee, I believe her name is Tae, mentioned that they did have pieces in the back that had been put in the autoclave. Due to her, my concern was heard and I received a jewelry piece that was actually sterilized.

Great customer service! Everyone treats you with the upmost respect! The place is very clean and everyone is constantly disinfecting after every customer. My wife and I have been repeat customers for almost a year now. Tae (stellarmods_) never fails to impress! 90% of the time we schedule an appointment or message her if she’s available, and she follows thru with it 100% 10/5 stars for her and everyone else that works here!
