Unsure why there are so many bad reviews on this shop customer service, today I went to have a tattoo done here this is probably my 6th tattoo but my first time coming to this shop and let me tell you their customer service was great. This is the first time I came into a tattoo shop and didn’t feel rush to pick and have my tattoo perfect. Not only were they on time for my appt everyone here is so nice and welcoming best believe I’ll be back here and will recommend other people to come here too! Thank you!

Staff is amazing! Was my first facial piercing (nostril) and they made sure I was comfortable, talked me through the process, and he was gentle with me while still doing a GREAT job! I highly recommend piercings here! Will return for more in the future, for sure.

No greeting when I walked in.... just stares. Definitely didn’t feel welcomed in that environment .Tattoo came out great but others reviews are right there’s definitely a lack of professionalism here. After I was done with my tattoo I wasn’t even told how care for it. Unfortunately I would have to say I wouldn’t come back. Artist are supposed to make you feel welcomed they don’t offer that.

I had such a wonderful experience with Zoey. She did a small piece for me earlier this week and I’ve received a large number of compliments about it. Her lines is very clean and she worked with me and let me contribute ideas and opinions to the minor details of my tattoo. She’s super polite, easy to schedule a reservation with, and her portfolio speaks for itself.10/10 would recommend.

Tony started off my tat good then it seems he got un inspired and stopped paying attention to detail. Just look at pics. I called him out ab mistakes and he agreed to fix.. Never heard from him again. Dude is a decent artist but lacks communication skills and has the personality of a potato. Hopefully he works on his customer service. This is on our bodies forever and we trust you with the process.. Have some respect!! Will be getting my tats from an artist who actually cares next time..

Sat there for 40 minutes, no one said a word to me, that was my second time being there so I have no idea how it's supposed to run, when I walked in no one said anything, not even a welcome, so I sat there thinking someone will ask me how can they help when they got done, nope just sat there in silence for 40 minutes, so I just left. I had an apt so I wasn't a walk in.

I got a spur of the moment tattoo from Nizky and it was the best decision I’ve made! I have 13 tattoos and this one by far is my favorite. She was super accommodating and so nice! I will most definitely be going back! Her work is very beautiful ❣️ I’m so happy she was able to tattoo me!
