Called during business after hours after 1pm. No answer so I left a voicemail inquiring about getting some work done. Immediately received multiple text messages asking to book a consultation. I responded via text asking one single question, not price related, and didn't hear back for 10 hours.
The response was a text while I was sleeping at almost midnight.
This is the gen Z shop that has no customer service. I now have a Thursday appt at a shop in Arlington and will get my work done there.
