Chuck did a great job. I walk in and he drew up a beautiful butterfly tattoo. This was my 2nd tattoo done in Galveston.

I've never had Chano perform but I've seen his patience and determination through his work while I sit aside.
However, when i hired Chuck Jones for a coverup/facelift, he brought life to a tattoo I thought was better off removed via laser.
Through meticulous and strenuous work and three to fours hours later, Chuck broke through the ice with an amazing, cosmetic revival of such an ugly tattoo and up til this day, those who get to see it and ask about it, walk away with The Tattoo Shop's phone number and address.

Chano did a great job on a coverup that he first thought was impossible. He has a really light hand. My tattoo is an entire shoulder piece and my tat healed in less than a week!!! I highly recommend this place and Chano!

I'm from Louisiana, always known for our southern hospitality. I must say the 4.9 stars for this shop was spot on. ... very great staff, everyone has a great sense of humor and nice personalities on top of awesome artistic skills. Chuck greeted us at the door with open arms and walked me through the process from start to finish. I don't think I've ever been so excited to get a tattoo considering the pain. He did a coverup and anagram on my back. I laughed so much during my session that it completely blocked out what Chuck was doing. Chano(Juan) is a character all by himself, complete butthole (in a good way) I will definitely go back without a doubt. Thanks again Chuck you're awesome!!

My husband has been going to Chano since he was 18, now 39 and fully sleeved out, my husband turned me on to his amazing work about 10 years ago... He has done the top of my foot, my shoulder, Inside of my Ear... Yes! I said the inside of my Ear... And now he is currently helping me piece together my full sleeve... my husband and I come from Kingwood just to get a tattoo from him, because not only do we know we are going to have an amazing piece of art, but he does his customers right... Chuck and Chano have both tattooed me and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. I just moved to ATX and I plan on making trips down to Galveston just to get tattooed by them. I'm constantly passing out their cards to austonians who love my pieces. They both have their own unique styles of tattooing and I have only seen amazing work come from these two guys. I get so many compliments on the shading in my tattoos. I would recommend them to anyone.

Found my new go to tattoo shop!! Chano covered up a 30 year old tattoo and I did not think it could be done. I was wrong! Cannot tell it is a cover up and looks awesome!! Highly recommend!
