Had my piercings done by Sarah Flowerss, I checked out her work initially on instagram and she does a great job on her clients. I messaged asking questions to which she helpfully responded and arranged for an appt. to get poked! Was my first time and she walked me through the process, was patient and chill through the visit, and she worked quick and with precision! Was definitely happy I came here, would 100% arrange another appt to get more piercings by her in the future.

Won't be going back to get any more piercings. The belly button one that I had done there was done incorrectly, and had to be removed. My friends nippes were not done evenly and done with the incorrect size and bar, had to be taken out and redone. On both of us the wrong jewelry was used. They only thing good I can say is they are very friendly.
On a side note, when we were there the health inspectors were there. Half of the staff had fled with various machines. Makes you wonder....

Clean and professional shop. Robert did my tattoo, soft hand and great detail. My tattoo came out way better than expected. Fair and good prices. I'll be back for more ink again.

Pelon accommodated the time for me and my wife to have her tattoo get done at the time that worked for us. Gave Pelon 2 ideas for a tattoo and he came up with a brilliant tattoo. Pelon is talented and his script work is the best in the city! Has ton of original work and has been at for decades! Pelon is professional and has the best prices in town. Definitely will be returning for more!

Chino and Jimmy are amazing!!! They are very professional and knowledgeable ... not to meantion very approachable!! Atmosphere is clean, friendly, and very welcoming. Prices are unbeatable and their work is beautiful! I've gone to other shops and everyone else is ridiculously expensive and biased. I totally recommend these guys to everyone!!!!!!🖒🖒

Great place to go if you're around El Paso. Omar does some amazing work, very talented artist. This is not a seedy tattoo shop like so many others, this a clean, professional business that other tattoo shops should aspire to replicate.

I met the guy's when they came to Midland for a tattoo convention, My daughter had a tattoo done by Felix and we told him we would be in El Paso in a month we kept in touch and called a week before, They accommodated our schedule when we walked in they asked if we we're here for Felix, they already knew about us and we're ready for us ,Felix referred me to Sabby since I wanted lettering I gave Sabby the idea of what I wanted and he came up with something that I'm proud to show off.
They shop is clean and everyone is friendly they make you feel like part of the family , I'll be back in a month to get another tattoo done.
Pop's has a great group of artists.

We are a military family and the unreliability of the Artist Chino is why we will not return and we will report the poor business practices they have shown us to the Fort. My daughter's boyfriend had to leave El Paso with a half finished tattoo that he paid $300 for in full 3 days prior because of Chino giving him the run around. He paid for the tattoo on Tuesday. Chino worked on his Tattoo Wednesday and had him leave saying he couldnt continue until Thursday due to "the ink not taking". We informed him that we were leaving El Paso on Friday morning and had to have the tattoo work completed Thursday, he assured us he would complete the work and that he would contact us Thursday afternoon after he finished another client. We recieved no message or call all day, so on Thursday we called the shop around 5:00pm after Chino continued to ignore our texts, again he told us he would text us when he was finished with his current client. We went into the shop at 8pm after dinner, after waiting to hear from Chino all day for him to finish the Tattoo. At 8pm Chino informed us he had a female client coming in and that we should come back in about 2 hrs, which would have been a little after 10pm. When we returned a little after 10pm, we saw Chino enter the shop but he would not take our calls or respond to our texts until almost 11pm. He sent us texts saying he had to leave to get the owner and would be back soon. He never returned our texts or came back to the shop. I expect my Family to get a full refund for the unfinished work, lack of professionalism, unethical business practices and dishonesty.

Straight up the worst establishment I could have ever gone to! Was my first time there and will never return. I had heard in the past great things about their tattooist/owner Pelon and were apparently highly recommended but their lack of professionalism was enough for me to never return. First it was inconvenient that I had to leave the shop and go elsewhere for me to withdraw cash because their machine was not in service. Apparently they had not "cleared their transaction history". My daughter is underage so i had to take legal documents in order to get the job done. Which is good, Im glad they do that. What they didn't do was return the paperwork to me resulting in me having to make a trip to the county clerks to pay up and get my documents back!! Later that afternoon after the piercing, on her first meal both beads at the end of the piercing fell out! They were so loose that they came out and we only got to save one of them. There went the piercing we just payed for as well. I went back to speak to the manager and instead i was insulted and told it wasn't their responsibility to keep track of legal documents. If the girl up front who looks like a methhead would stop horsing around and if the rest of the staff would stop drinking and just hanging out, maybe they'd get things done right. Regardless of what type of business you run, there has to be someone there assuring you are running a sober, professional establishment. Going to this place cost me more in the long run! Never again!!
08/06/2016 Correction... It was exactly a week after the piercing. All while every other day I tried to maintain communication with the facility by phone whom of course never answer their phones. Maybe if theyd turn down that music they could hear their calls come through. That alone im sure has cost you a few customers. Not to mention beer was being taken into the facility...Might I remind that such actions can revoke your establishments licensing. Tisk Tisk
