Absolutely amazing this shop was just full of green flags first thing you notice when you walk into this shop is the very wonderful staff and the cleanliness of this shop, I got my bridge pierced tonight my first time in this shop, the piercer James is the absolute best piercer I’ve ever met, his area was clean he was very professional yet extremely welcoming, he explained everything perfectly and was very informative, because of his expierence and skill my piercing was fast, even, and painless pretty much I extremely reccomend this shop for piercings!!!

Went to get a tattoo approx 3" by 1", very simple piece, the guy tells me that it would be about $400 for it?!?! Now I understand he can set the price to what he thinks it's worth, he just didn't want to do the tattoo I'm guessing cause he felt it wasn't worth his time but that is absolutely ridiculous!! If you don’t want to do it that then just say so instead of trying to take advantage of someone. The others in there might be great artists and people but there is no chance I'll recommend this place to anyone after this experience!

Shop was cool, love the vibe. A group of us came in on a whim to get a celebratory tattoo for a long time friend getting married. Small,simple and all the same. Tattoos came out great but the staff was kinda ehhh. Seemed annoyed and judgy.

The owner is way cool, Frankie who did my nose piercing is very friendly, and Slo Mo is an incredible artist! They are are great folk! He took the time to go over ideas with me for a cover up tat on my wrist, and he came up with the perfect free-hand drawing on my skin, and we set up the appointment. I know he will do an amazing job next week to help me symbolize not only reuniting with my Twin Flame after 29 years, but celebrating the closure of a couple major life chapters, and the beginning of a beautiful new one!!!

I have had two tattoos, Slow no Joe did both. They were beautiful and I'm going back for a third soon. My son got his there too. I have recommended them to friends and will stand behind it. My daughter got a piercing and she was pleased. Thank you Mad House for doing a great job!

Absoultly terrible service, waited in line for 4 hours only for them to tell me they would not pierce my daughters ears. The owner is a alcoholic literally screamed and cussed at me in the parking lot in front of my kids. I would never recommend this place its gross!!!
