I recommend Suffer City. I personally have had work done here. And they have been at this location for a long time. Can't remember my artists name but Chandler, a recent hire, supposedly., does great sleeve work. I have seen his work.

I've had several tattoos done bout 15 yrs ago from Steven and Sam at the time and there work is great! My favorite is my uncle's Vietnam army portrait done by Steven. Look forward to some more work done by them.
