Megan did my nostril piercing and 3 weeks later did my 13yo daughter's double helix.
This was my daughter's very first (and second) piercing. Megan made great suggestions on placement due to ear shape. And even though I couldn't go into the room with my daughter (Rona), I could see through the window into Megan's space. She took great care of her!
She's super sweet and thorough in explaining everything including aftercare. She's also quick! BING, BANG, DONE!
The shop was also clean and quiet. Other artists smiled and said hi. We felt very comfortable during our visits.
I wouldn't hesitate one second to refer my friends to Axis!
UPDATE Jan 2022
It's a little over a year later and 2 of the 3 piercings that Megan did have been removed. My nostril would never heal despite trying everything suggested online and even in the shop. I have also recently found out that a saline product I was using that Megan said was ok to use, probably wasn't.
I spoke with Riley in person and she pretty much glanced from over the counter and suggested the same things that every website said (which didn't work). She didn't seem too interested in my issue. The only other suggestion online was that maybe it wasn't done correctly. It could have been at an angle... I'll let it heal and try again at a different shop. Hopefully I can get this dark scar to go away quickly.
My daughter went ahead and removed one of her helix piercings. It also had trouble healing for whatever reason.
In all my years and multiple piercings, I have never had to remove one. I understand the nostril is a bit different, but still...

I got 2 tattoos here from the same artist Wes they both healed up nice. one of them came out great, the other one came out ok but not that good, he did what I asked for but the second tattoo came out pretty patchy and with uneven lines, kinda disappointed me since his previous work is much cleaner than what I got on me the second session, was over priced too but still tipped him generously, might get it covered up in the future

About two months ago I got an orbital piercing by Riley. The piercing never healed correctly, despite my constant cleaning it with wound wash. I went to a different piercer to have it removed because it was just so painful. The other piercer told me that the post was the wrong length and was squeezing my ear, causing it to sink into my ear at both ends. I should have known to wait, since Riley admitted to being hung over that day and had injured her thumb the night before. Now I have huge open wounds on both sides of my ear.

Went in tonight for a spur of the moment septum piercing. Riley throughly explained the steps of getting it done. Super quick and almost painless. Also gave me detailed after care instructions. I would mostly definitely come back here to see Riley for future piercings. Super professional and the shop was very clean.
