I can't give enough praise for this place. Josh was very friendly and professional. His price was very reasonable for my custom tattoo. I'll be going back to him very soon to have my tattoo colored. Any future tattoo I get, I will get here. Its clean, laid back, and just awesome!

I went to Liberty Tattoo recently for an inquiry. I came in the front door and was not greeted. Two tattoo artists were working, one on either side of the room. Not wanting to bother them, I didn't say anything, but waited patiently. I stood there in the middle of the room for at least 5 or 6 minutes in complete silence. No one looked at me or acknowledged me. The interior has a very open floor plan and there was nothing obstructing their view of me. I would have appreciated a simple "we'll be with you in a few minutes" or "can you wait a few and we'll help you?". One artist actually stopped tattooing for a a minute or so and rotated in his chair in a way that he surely must have seen me in the corner of his eye, but he ignored me. A customer who was sitting down watching her friend get tattooed turned around and looked at me. But the artists never acknowledged me, which was extremely awkward and strange. I've never had this problem before in a tattoo studio. I will not be returning to Liberty again. This is bad customer service and is off putting to people who are willing to pay for services. Customers should always be greeted, even if you can't help them for several minutes. Ignoring customers is rude.

I was recently trying to get a quote for a tattoo and I called and they said they wouldn't do a quote over the phone. I asked if I could email the image and size and they were adamant that I needed to go in in person. I finally went in and the tattoo artist refused to do the image I wanted for artistic reasons. He was rude and kinda snooty and he had no intention of helping me or even being polite. If they had told me over the phone I wouldn't have wasted my time or gas. The only reason I'm giving them even 2 stars is because I previously got 2 other tattoos done there a few years ago and that tattoo artist was cool and they came out good.

Waited 5+ hours to get tattooed for Friday the 13th, the wait wasnβt the problem though. The problem was that the girl in charge of the list allowed people ahead of people whoβve been here ALL day. She told them, βyou donβt need to be on the list, youβre VIP.β Completely unprofessional especially when youβve had people in your lobby all morning to get tattooed. The least you could do is tell those people that they have to be on the list especially when youβve been turning away other people because there was too many people on the list.

Absolutely amazing group of people with a really vast knowledge of different styles of tattoos. They will do everything that they can to make sure you get what you want. Very good prices on amazing art. Best place I have been to get a tattoo, ( I have been to a lot).

The piercing I got was good, except the diamond was cheap and fell out multiple times. My friends had a hard time removing theirs, and we called to get help/ tips and the girl we talked to was very rude and extremely unhelpful.

Awesome customer service. They were friendly and knowledgable on what we needed to know. Christopher did both mine and my friend's tattoos and they came out great. He took his time and everything was clean and sanitary. Overall I recommend.

I walked in with an idea, and the people of Liberty Tattoo helped make that idea into something that I completely love. The shop is so clean and filled with work by the tattoo artists. Everything was professional and made me super comfortable with everything. I will always go back to Liberty for my future tattoos.

Josh helped me fix a tattoo that I had gotten a year ago as well as an add-on to it. He took his time to ensure he gave me the best. Super awesome guy and shop! Will definitely go back for more.
