Iβve gotten 2 tattoos at this location and both have been done by Ian. Heβs super awesome and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. He did my first big piece on my leg and itβs literally the coolest tattoo ever. Definitely will be getting more from him. The shop itself is clean and the entire staff is very friendly also.

My initial piercing experience wasnβt horrible, however, it is what I learned and experienced afterwards that made me have to come and leave this review. I was pierced by Joey, who was kind and answered my questions upfront. I had a horrible time at another piercing place and knew to ask about their jewelry quality and sterilization protocols. One of the questions I asked was if their jewelry was externally threaded, for those of yβall that donβt know, you do NOT want externally threaded jewelry to be used on fresh piercings. She told me βnoβ. However, I went to another shop to have my piercing downsized and checked on as a I was still experiencing some swelling and discomfort. Low and behold, there was externally threaded jewelry in my ear. I was lied to. Directly to my face. I cannot believe that I was A. either treated horribly and purposely lied to. or B. the piercers here are so horribly trained that they do not know what jewelry theyβre working with. Please do not get piercings here. I will say my sister for a tattoo here and she loves it, no issues. But for piercings, especially if you want good quality jewelry, go somewhere else.

If you need a piercing go see Joey! She is super patient and knowledgeable. My piercing healed up nicely and looks great! Thanks Joey

My baby sister and I both received matching tattoos from Robert on Christmas Eve and we couldn't be happier with his work. He is both a talented artist and a wonderful conversationalist. I plan on returning to Atomic soon to see him. I feel like I have finally found someone who executes the line work and shading I want here in Austin.
To speak candidly, when Robert told me that he was new to needlework, I wasn't sure if he would be able to help me achieve my vision. (I'm also an artist and sometimes my artistic vision gets lost in translation.) I couldn't be more wrong. He's a lifelong artist that caught the creative bug from his first medium, sketching, and with this experience, he was able to plan the perfect design. A professional through and through.
If you're curious about his work, his instagram handle is @robertntattoos.
Once again. Thanks Robert! See you soon.

Getting a piercing done by Kas is such a fun experience. They genuinely care about your piercings and take the time to go over what would work. They carefully mapped out where to pierce me. I'm VERY happy with the results.

Wow! The guy working at the counter could not have sucked more. I walked in wanting to buy 3 nose rings. He didnβt even look up to talk to me. Literally seems like I was annoying him to have walked in. I told him I was wanting to buy jewelry and he told me there would be a wait bc I had to wait after the girl did a piercing. I asked him how long that usually takes. He said idk, 15, 30 min, your guess is as good as mine. He seemed so annoyed I was just wondering. I just walked out.

Be prepared to wait and if you want a piercing go elsewhere

Was great. The artist are very helpful and respectful. Helped me get exactly what I wanted. And they have good prices too. And they let you know how to take care of it after.

Had a regular lobe ear piercing done by Kassie yesterday! I thought she was professional and she made me feel very comfortable. She also tells good jokes! :] She made sure I knew what to expect and what aftercare measures to take. I can't wait for these to heal so I can do more piercings with her! The shop seemed very sanitary and I appreciated their extra measures taken like temperature checks during Covid times.

Kassie the nose piercer was extremely rude. Once she came out I could already feel her vibe was off. I was trying to support my sister since it was her first time getting her nose done once I was in the room she didnβt even make eye contact with me all she did was kick me out and made the me feel so uncomfy. Never going there again.
