I went to Skin Art Gallery in 2015 for a sleeve. I originally wanted the owner, Garcia to do it. After we met, he told me he thought I would be happier with Carlos' work, because of the nature of the piece I wanted. Carlos and I talked and made some agreements. The sleeve he gave me is AMAZING. It's everything I wanted with an extra dash of awesome added because that's what they do. I get compliments all the time and will be returning as soon as I figure out what needs to be on my other arm.
My sleeve was finished over a year ago and the colors are still bold and beautiful. I cannot recommend this team enough.

Had amazing work done by Jude! Super professional and friendly and such a great artist. Very clean and comfortable shop. They were also really understanding with me and worked with me when my card started acting up.

John was AWESOME !!! He had great customer service and did a great cover up for us.. going back tomorrow to finish it - he also did my little finger tattoo and a lot of artists don’t want to waste their time with them but he was super happy about doing it for me . Will definitely be back!

We walked into this shop with the intent of spending quite a bit of money for weighted gold gauges. As we walk through the shop, no one speaks to us but they were sure to side eye us. It took well over 10 minutes of us standing at the weights display counter before anyone came over. I asked about sizes and prices available and the chick scoffed one price at me and walked away.
Sorry we ruined your super cool kids party with wanting to be a patron of your establishment. We went to Cat Tattoo instead

I took my sister there for her first nose piercing and it took the piercer Leydi about 15 minutes just to get the needle through my sisters nose having to pull the needle out and put it back in multiple times. To finallly get it in the lady had to use two needles at once. It also was bleeding really badly which isn’t supposed to happen. I understand it might bleed alil but not that bad at all. Also the customer service here wasn’t that great either, everyone was kind of rude and seemed to be judgmental. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Do not..I repeat do not go here to get any piercing done. I got my nose pierced and within a week it was infected and my nose ring kept sinking into the hole. I went back up there to get it changed to a longer stud and they told me that they would not change out the stud for another one. They recommended that I take it out and let it close up and come back and get it re-pierced. I was able to go to another piercer and they told me the jewelry they used was junk and all I need was a longer stud and it should have healed correctly. I will never go back to this place ever again.

Skin Art Gallery LOVED THE EXPERIENCE !!! This was my first experience looking to get a tatto and ear piercing. Great Energy , Professional, and informative. I walked in to Skin Art about 3-4 months ago to get my first tattoo and was greeted nicely by the front desk staff who told me Benjamin Curneal would be my artist. After telling him this would be my first tattoo and that i was recommended by a friend who had just received an amazing rib tattoo by ben, we worked out the size of the design and i was quoted 100 bucks. Everything was great and receiving the tattoo went fine, however it wasn't until the tattoo had healed a bit it became very obvious that Benjamin really rushed the tattoo as what should have been simple geometric monoblack line work had poor symmetry and sloppy lines. I know he's a good artist, i've seen his good work, but he just decided his time was worth more than mine and seemed more interested in talking smack about the apprentice front desk associate and her mopping habits. This was the first tattoo i ever got, one of maybe 3 i'll ever get in my life, and he rushed it. I even tipped him 60 on a 100 dollar tattoo... honestly if i would have known the outcome i would have gone to a different shop all together.
In Response to Richard - You're missing the point. Why would I come in for a free touch up if your artist can't give me the time of day when i'm paying him? I'll get a touch up where I can expect respectful service.

Went in on 8/25/18 and even though they were busy, I was on the table within 15min. 3 hours later I was looking at something brought back from the dead that Dr. Frankenstein would be proud of! My back had been an eyesore for years because of poor craftsmanship from another artist, but like a surgical genius, “Dr.Jude” used skill and precision to resurrect a piece that I thought needed to just be covered up!
I HIGHLY recommend you go see Jude at Skin Art Gallery!
