I came in here today with my older sister, she was going to get her first tattoo. She called ahead of time and spoke with Jesse and he was super nice and told her she could come on in and the wait time would just depend on if someone got there before us. 30 minutes later we were there and 2 ladies were trying to decide on a tattoo, naturally they were indecisive. Jessie did nothing but pressure them into making the decision and almost made them feel bad on our behalf since we had to wait. She was trying to make accommodations FOR HIM so it would be easier for him to do the tattoo and he just continued to have a terrible attitude toward them until she eventually told us we could go in front of her and she actually ended up leaving and you could tell she was discouraged and upset (note it was her first tattoo too). My sister actually had to ask him if he was okay and he said he was just flustered and complained about the girls there before us and how he was the only one working. My sister told him what she wanted and he pulled the same thing on her and rushed her, discouraged every idea she had and we ended up leaving as well. So disappointed that this man let his own anger lose 2 customers. I hated that both that lady and my sister were excited about getting their first tattoo and left that shop with nothing but discouragement

Charlie did a cover up tattoo on my chest..not only did he do an amazing job- it was quick and “painless”.. the shop was fun to kick it in I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door, Charlie was very knowledgeable and personable and really guided me to the perfect tattoo.. thanks man I will definitely recommend your shop
