Let me start out by saying this is not your average tattoo shop, you know the one you go to where you question "should I even be here"...Rather it's your first tattoo or your a veteran, you know as soon as you walk through the door your at the right place!! Derek has put together an awesome team of artist with traits that suit whatever tattoo styles you like!! They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Derek, has tattooed me for years and his art always leaves coming back for more, he's a true perfectionist. Black Diamond Tattoo sets the bar, for tattoo shops everywhere.

Izak is a top notch artist. Both of my tattoos turned out better than I could imagine. The studio is clean and the people are wonderful. They remember who you are when you walk in and that is important. My healing was fast and not at all painful. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

Isaac did an excellent job on my tattoo. Called about the possibility of a walk in as I was on my way back to Wisconsin and had a limited time frame, and Derek, the owner assured me that they could make it work and fit me in-arrived and was in the chair within 20 minutes. They were also very attentive to making sure I was happy with it throughout the entire process. Couldn't have been better service, thanks guys!

This is far the best place you'll ever want to go to get your tattoo. Derek is amazing. He's a true artist, loves his work, listens to you and offers advice and then gives you exactly what you wanted and more. He is the best so don't waste your time going anywhere else.

I recently got my first ever tattoo at Black Diamond; needless to say I was very nervous. Derek is VERY knowledgeable and put me at ease through the process. Derek has a degree in Art and was a great thinking partner when we were coming up with the final design. Black Diamond is the best place in Murfreesboro for you to Ink what’s in your heart onto your sleeve. I already scheduled my second tattoo.

Stop looking, this is the place. Both Alli and Derek are incredibly kind and welcoming, no stuck up tattoo studio vibe here. The building is clean and comfortable, and easy to get to. Alli has taken my request of a Van Gogh painting on my skin and made it happen. Not locked into just one style, she has been able to create a detailed painting unlike anything I've ever seen. I've seen the work that both of them do and it is just amazing.
Do yourself a favor, stopping looking around and just go. You won't be disappointed!!

Went there today to get a quote on a tattoo that another shop in town quoted me at $180. Then they quoted me here at $80 and was able to get me in right away to do the tattoo. Everyone was super friendly and the place was very clean Izak ended up doing my tattoo and even made a suggestion that made the tattoo better. I wanted the bottom half black like the logo but as he pointed out it would have blended in with the border which i never would have thought of. I'm very pleased with the final product.
