They are very rude and unprofessional. They messed up on my tattoo and I said something in a nice way and they basically said it is what it is. I’m not happy with this experience. Bright ideas is so much better!!! Also they act like they are so entitled just because they have a free tattoo day. They are weird and rude when you ask them for Information about the event. They are a joke. And Parking is terrible and they are so trashy!

I was here tonight for the first time, but will definitely be back. Great atmosphere, fabulous people and a HUGE thumbs up to "Crybaby" for being ever so patient with my daughter as she got her first tattoo and was nervous to say the least. Would recommend Lighthouse to everyone.

I have to start by saying I was almost a knucklehead because of my anxiety of going to a new artist got the best of me. But I have now come to this place twice and going for a third time next month and many more to come after being tattooed by Will and Deuce and here’s why. Just like their known work, this place is ran by a very realistic, tight knit and welcoming family and it shows. Coming into a place like this open minded was one of the best experiences I’ve experienced being tattooed to this day. This place is filled with a family of artist who are just obnoxiously driven and passionate about what they do and they continue to go above and beyond. Customer service is top tier and I love how real they are. Let me also brag on Will really quick. Aside from being unbelievably skilled with portraits and realism, he really showed me how passionate he was about some work he was doing on me. I have a few portrait tattoos on my body and I gave him a list I wanted done(That for some reason keeps growing). On that list were some of my favorite fighters, musicians and people in general and I told him to pick which he wanted to do every appointment. This week, we did Muhammad Ali and were talking about Mike Tyson. I expressed my love for what he did for the Sport and Will went out of his way to purchase his special directed by Spike Lee on Amazon Prime and play it during my session and somehow managed to finish my tattoo in the span of that film effortlessly. Something so small I won’t ever forget it and I appreciate this place a lot and will be returning. Come check them out, be realistic, BE NICE and I promise you won’t be disappointed

Dave is the best! I’m in love with my tattoo! ❤️He took his time, was patient and kind. had a 5 hour session, kinda a last minute thing since the guy that was supposed to do mine quit. I’m glad he did lol I would’ve never gotten Dave! I’m definitely going back to him for my next tattoos!

Months ago, I got my septum pierced here, and my boyfriend did, too, at the same time. Both of our piercings have healed beautifully and were placed perfectly, and the process was as clean cut as it could possibly get! I don't remember the piercer's name, unfortunately, but he was extremely nice and professional and he was very helpful in calming our nerves. A few months later, my boyfriend returned to get his eyebrow pierced, which also turned out great! Then he returned to get his ears pierced for stretching, which was a perfectly executed process as well, and perfectly kickstarted his journey of ear stretching. The atmosphere of this place is higher than top notch, and the people are so welcoming and make you feel right at home; not to mention the tremendous amount of skill and expertise these fine humans exhibit in their profession. Both me and my boyfriend are considering more piercings and also tattoos, and we definitely plan on coming back here! I'm so excited to allow the artists to perform their arts and just be the great, talented people they are.
