I was able to book with Chad about 1 month ago. The process couldn't have been any easier. After talking with Chad and seeing what he came up with for my piece it was evident he listened to what I was asking for. The day of my appt I showed up and 12:15 was in chair by 12:30 (appt time) and we were off and running. We had great convos about our careers, music, general life experiences, etc. After about 100min the tat was done. No unnecessary breaks, no uncomfortable feeling that you may have experienced elsewhere in the area (not gonna put down others). But it was easily the best tattoo experience I've had from start to finish. Chad is a stand-up dude who loves what he does and you will know that right away. Im looking forward to some B&G work from him in the near future. TGM is a shop full of positivity and incredible artists and better people! Also remember, tip your artists! Cheers!

Chad does amazing work! A friend and I went and got elephant tattoos he took his time to listen to our wants. He exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend him and the shop. The shop itself was clean and had a positive vibe to it. Will definitely come back again also Julie was really welcoming and helpful in the booking process!

Hands down, best tattoo experience I've ever had, all the way around. Chad tattooed an awesome first 4.5 hour session on my sleeve. I'm blown away by his artistry and detail, but most importantly the CARE he showed when crafting my vision really meant a lot. The shop itself also had such a rad, relaxing vibe. Extremely clean, music playing, relaxed lighting, definite spa vibes. Will FOR SURE be booking again soon.

The Gilded Mermaid is amazing!!! I was really drawn to this tattoo studio first because of the amazing talent that works inside but when I actually got here it was so amazing! Each space was designed and decorated so creatively and the atmosphere was very welcoming! I was so excited to work with Betsy on my first tattoo and it turned out better than I could have imagined. She really took the time to explain everything, worked on some changes I wanted to make to the design, and was very comforting during the actual process. Afterwards she ALWAYS responded super quick with any questions/concerns I had and was very knowledgeable. Thank you so much and I will be back this upcoming year for my appointment with David :)!

He is incredibly talented, friendly and patient. I have had a few sessions with him working on a Game of Thrones full leg tattoo and I cannot be happier with the results. Highly recommend!

Nick Rose is an AMAZING artist. The tattoo shop is gorgeous on the inside, the atmosphere is calming, and the facility is super clean. So glad I chose to go here. The quality of work is impeccable and you can truly tell the employees give a damn about the customers. So much different than any other snobby tattoo shop I’ve been in. 10/10 for sure!!!

I've gotten two tattoos from Lil Round and love both of them! He did a fiddler crab over my collar bone and endured my nervous talking like a champ! The second was a sword on my forearm. I had a great experience from start to finish and will definitely be back for more! Lil Round does clean work and is super easy to communicate with whether it is scheduling or design. As good of a tattoo artist as he is, he is an even better person. I truly enjoy chatting with him and I couldn't be more grateful to have found him!
