New in town came as a walk in to do a consult felt unwelcomed. But at least they're very clean right. Smells like pinesol and disinfectant which is a plus in my book. Left and realized I didn't like the artwork on the walls and would look elsewhere if they were representative of what would be on my body. Searching for a more elegant type of artwork. I was literally brought to tears from my experience. I came in Wednesday to book an appointment for Friday. Paid the deposit and everything went smoothly. I call Friday... My 3 p.m appointment has been given away in told the deposit waa non refundable and they dint reschedule appointments. Told there waa nothing that coupd be done. Never in my life have I evee felt so irrelevent and valueless as a customer
