My tattoo consultation and appointment with Rob were both amazing! He listened to what I wanted and was very patient, and made sure I came out with what I wanted and I loved it even more than I imagined! Getting in was fast and he was done fast with amazing quality results!

Came with my friends to get tattoos. From the first call to discuss getting an appointment to talking about aftercare the process was easy and, well, painless (haha)! Jake did my tattoo and I was happy with his work and Shack was super helpful and easy to get along with. Thanks. Next time I’m in Hilton Head I may have to stop back in.

Customer service initially was distasteful, especially as a first timer. When going over design, we were made to feel like we were wasting their time. Younger guy was not friendly at all. Rob did a great job and was quick and courteous. Ask for owner Rob.
Upon checkout - told us what’s best for aftercare. We were then told we get it for free if we leave and show them the google review. Poor form. I fell for it and here I am editing my review.
Tattoo in general was excellent and all 4 of us who went were happy. Just don’t change your minds or they might scold you ;)

My tattoo artist was excellent and super polite, and I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour. However, the customer service at the front desk was rude from the beginning to the end. I won't be going back, simply because I don't want to deal with him again. As mentioned in another post, they ask you to write a review for a free Tattoo Goo. I understand why from a business aspect, but it's also just bad form. Makes them look desperate for reviews, when the quality of work produced by their artists shouldn't necessitate it because it's great.

This is my second time at Incredible Ink and they certainly live up to their name. Dan did an awesome job on my realism style tangerine and Rob did great on my moon. Professional, cool, clean, and quick. You should definitely get your tattoos done here. Wish I lived closer!
