The promptness and communication from the shop was awesome. I was turned down by other artists at other shops because of the geometric line work I wanted. My tattoo artist was Patrick, he got me in on a walk-in and the tattoo turned out better than I could have imagined. Great experience from beginning to end.

I actually have know about this place for two years. My friend got her first tattoo from here and since then I knew I wanted to get my first body piercing here. Going in was amazing. My piercer (Amanda)was very quick and very trained. She knew exactly what she was doing and made sure I was comfortable and doing okay then entire time. She explained what she would do and how everything would transpire. After, she went through the after-care steps and told me to contact her if I wanted to change my jewelry out or had any questions at all. I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Absolutely the best place to get a piercing done if you want it done right and done under very sterile and comfortable conditions. They have a very good environment for both children and adults. Your comfort and happiness is their main goal. I will definitely be going back.

I was a little nervous at first because I read all the bad reviews, but when I got there, the staff and owner was nothing like the reviews! They were all super friendly, held smiles on their faces, joked around with you and also made you feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this place ! Amanda was GREAT and so was the owner !!!!!

I paid a week in advance, took a vacation day and drove an hour one way only to receive a bad tattoo. The person/artist was rude, told the other artist he was uncomfortable doing my tattoo, I asked if I should get my deposit back or book with another artist. The artist ask to give him a few minutes and left me sitting waiting for one hour with no explanation. I should have left then. It took the artist an hour to draw the design on stancil transfer paper, not a big tattoo and not a lot of detail to it either. I should have left. The artist transferred it to my body twice and wiped it off. I should have left. Before the artist started he said he had a headache and did not want to talk during my session. He told me he didn't want me to walk out and write a bad review. I should have left. During the session he kept having to answer incoming calls and got agitated because no one was at the front desk. I should have left. The tattoo does not look like the design I gave him. It looks like a kids drawing. Another bad tattoo, I should have left.

I asked the girl what I needed for my new piercing. She sold me the jewelry she picked out and it was way to big. When I came back and said the jewelry she recommended was way to big, she said to just buy the next size down. After I had spent 20 dollars. She wanted me to spend more after she had just wasted my money. Will not be going here anymore.

Came here several times and were treated as if staff did not want to be of any assistance when came down to helping me with finding the right piercing ring for my nose. Also the girls were not friendly at all what so ever. I would not recommend coming here.Staff was very rude.
