I had my nose pierced by Saylor - the experience was amazing. Extremely professional, clean and makes sure everything that is done is done perfectly. I would trust Saylor with any piercing need I have. I got my nose pierced with a stud in July and came back this weekend to have it changed to a hoop. Saylor went above and beyond sizing me, fitting the jewelry and even letting me stop back in to have different size placed. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend for anyone wanting a piercing in Philly. Saylor books out but is 100% worth it!

Excellent experience! Clean, comfortable, not too cramped, and decorated in a way where you can stare straight ahead of you for an hour and still be entertained by the things you see. The downstairs space is especially comfortable. Highly recommend, LaceyRae is incredible. I will be back!

Visited Philadelphia a few weeks ago and was tattooed here for the first time by Eric - very welcoming environment and friendly staff! The tattoo artist was very patient in working with me to help come up with a design that I loved and definitely helped me feel less nervous for my first tattoo. Rev was such a pleasure to work with! I came in with two girlfriends to get matching tattoos and he came up with the drawings so quickly and was really helpful in offering advice for placement of the tattoos. My friend and I are visiting Philly and decided to get tattoos tonight. This was the perfect place because not only were we able to just walk in, but it was a first time for both of us and they were so welcoming and made us feel very comfortable! Don catered to our design-wants perfectly and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this shop for their friendly service and great talent!

I went in just to get an earring put back into my cartilage piercing because I couldn’t do it myself (special type of earring). And the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and attitudinal. I asked for a time estimate and she said 30-40 minutes. At the 30 minute mark, I asked how much time might be left and she said it could be a couple minutes, five minutes, ten minutes or fifteen minutes. She had terrible customer service. When 15 minutes was up, I asked to check-in and she became very rude with me because I had come to ask again. I ended up leaving and was very disappointed with the customer service.

I had two sessions here with Brian DiCola on a large chest piece. The studio is clean, Brian is fantastic and never once made me feel uncomfortable (despite having my bitties out). He works fast, does great work taking client ideas and making something awesome, and is incredibly nice! I highly recommend him and this studio.
