I've gotten AMAZING deals on piercing. I've gotten 4 piercings from there but only paid for 2. Unfortunatly my piercings got infected but healed. Also they put there jewelry on extremely tight which is what caused my infections. But other than that. It's a good pricing place.

Change does an absolutely INCREDIBLE job! Some of the cleanest, crispest line work I’ve ever seen and hands down some of the best bold blackwork in pdx. I had a pretty large old tattoo I wanted covered on my arm and I couldn’t be happier with the coverup job done. The best part was that I felt safe and did not fear for my health while getting tattooed, as everyone in the shop follows covid guidelines and is genuinely concerned with keeping themselves and their clientele healthy and safe.
