Not very professional i won't ever go there again stood at the desk for 30 mins while they sat in the back doing nothing then said they were too busy that day to give my wife a tattoo while there were zero customers there and 3 artists pissed me off good we went to the shop of the previous owner he got us right in even though he has a over a year waiting list
