My mom got something added onto her tattoo it was a little crooked but overall fast and cheap and a pretty good environment (they also have a cute fish in the front desk bonus points)

Horrible experience! I went to the shop during open business hours and there was a sign on the door stating they went to the store and to call for questions. I did and a guy told me he would be back in 15 mins. An hour later I called back and the guy told me he would be back in 2 seconds, when I began to question him he hung up on me. Mad at this point I called the store number and another guy answered I told him what had happened and he stated I didn't have an appointment and they were back at the shop now. Apparently making money and taking care or customers are not a priority. I asked who the owner was and he stated he was but wouldn't give me his name or the name of the owner (it took me about 2 seconds on the internet to find his name) the guy said he didn't feel like he should continue the conversation and I said I would be calling the shop later this week. I sent the owner I message but either way I would never go here!
