I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with Stingin' Ink Tattoos. Walked in 2 hours before close, and without hesitation the owner and our tattoo artist Luis agreed to let us go ahead and receive our tattoos. Luis stayed 2 hours past closing to finish both mine and my bestfriends tattoos. Luis didn't rush through them so that he could finish and go home - he took his time and done AMAZING work. I also received a septum piercing from another employee and it was quick, and (mostly) painless. They also sent us home with tattoo goo & seasalt spray for my piercing with no extra cost .
Going back tomorrow to get another tattoo from Luis and I CANNOT Wait!

I brought my 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. All the staff was very kind and professional, and they got us in pretty promptly without an appointment. Matt did a fantastic job, and he was so sweet and gentle with my daughter. The earrings are high quality and beautiful, and the price was very reasonable. A few days later I has some concerns and Matt was very prompt to answer my questions, and had me bring her by to check her ears (no charge). This is a fantastic business and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I went in to get my tongue pierced today. They were super quick and clean with everything which was my main concern. The pricing was great and affordable!! Would definitely come back again for another piercing!

Got my daughter's nose pierced here,she ripped it out pulling her Hoodie off ,the guy was very sweet and put it bk in,when she got a new ring,she couldn't get the original one out,once again,he took her back and showed her how to do it and did it for her

I had a snake bite done here. I wanted it done with hoops but she very nicely explained why that would not be a good idea and the healing issues it would cause. Staff and place was super clean and friendly. The woman that did it was super professional, helpful and was eager to do it.

Very poor customer service. Bad attitudes.
Agreed on price and tattoo. Was told it would be about 30-45 min before they could get to me. That was fine.
They don't accept cards, so was sent across the street to get cash. When I returned the door was locked. I beat on the door for over 15 minutes before they come back. Then they told me it was too late, I told them I was still within the time they said, that I would be waiting anyways. In fact the girl was still in the chair getting hers done.
Then they said they would do 1 of the 2 for double the price because they was staying over.

I would have paid more, but the fact they tried to rip me off and cheat me out of what we agreed on. No way.
I showed pictures of what I wanted. They both were very simple. A good artist could have both done in less then 30 minutes. I agree to pay $150 for both. When I returned, because the door automatically locked me out- I was even calling them. They answered the phone before the door. I had to tell them to let me in.
That's when it went to over $200 for 1.
Very sad because I liked their work, but not their ethics!!
I have a LOT of work I want done and they just made sure other artists get a chance and credit before they will.
I've told EVERYONE about my experience with them.
You don't treat customers that way. You don't rack up the price just because you know someone has the money!!

Matt did two piercings for my family and after seeing how he was with the first one I was impressed. He answered all my questions and talked to us in great detail about the process prior to getting it done, including what to expect during and after.
The prices are great. Everyone we talked to that worked there were very polite and caring. So after the first four a family member I decided to stop back in the same day and get the piercing I had been wanting for years.
