Everyone I spoke to was amazing and welcoming. Comforting atmosphere. All the artists have such great unique styles. So grateful to be able to have a piece of Carter's work forever. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Just had my first tattoo experience with Haley and she was absolutely awesome. Very thorough, incredible artist and just overall amazing at what she does. She captured the style I was going for so well after our consultation. Already looking forward to my next by her.

Pretentious, typical ego driven tattoo "ARTIST" BS. Unwelcoming and excuse after excuse even with full artist control. Went in to see if the environment had changed due to confirmation from numerous people of uninviting and sheer dickery. Unfortunately, this is pretty typical and doesn't need to be. Remember a true artist will guide the customer. Not the case here but actually pretty typical from what I hear. Bold will hold, find someone who will make you feel comfortable, let a good artist have control and stay away from pretentious ego driven "ARTISTS" with poopy Britches.

I drive all the way from Cincinnati to have Chris Carter do my tattoos. I constantly receive compliments on his work and have referred multiple friends and strangers to his shop. He is a true artist and will work with you to make sure that whatever he tattoos on you is a better than you could have hoped. If you are looking to have any tattoo work done, ihearttattoo is the place you should go.

Scheduled an appt, put half the down payment down on a small tattoo to start a sleeve. First appt I had to cancel due to scheduling with a babysitter--and the second time I emailed the day before an appt to say I had been extremely sick and wasnt sure if I should just reschedule. I was told I had to repay for the down payment I had already put down. I honestly didnt want to get someone else sick for something that could be rescheduled (considering the tattoo would take an hour to be done). I wasnt aware of such a policy before putting down more money than even needed when booking in good faith. Obviously Ive since booked with another shop and had a great experience.

I came from Pittsburgh to have Haley Hagerman tattoo a floral piece on my leg and it was a wonderful experience. She was a pro from start to finish, and her skill level is apparent from the way she handled the drawing and stencil (even free handing part of the tattoo to make it fit perfectly with other existing work in the area). I'm so excited to have a beautiful piece from a world-class artist. She's one of the best botanical tattooers in this part of the country and Colombus is *&%$ing lucky to have her, so get your butt in there now while you can still book an appointment! (I can't believe someone basically referred to her as the "counter girl" LOL they have NO CLUE.)

Everything you want out of a tattoo experience, they have!! Great service, very patient and willing to work with you, beautiful art and a friendly atmosphere. I wont be going anywhere else for a tattoo, no one else could measure up.

Reached out in the beginning of September to try to get on the books. Called and left detailed voicemail. Emailed. Even sent a DM to the shop instagram. I ended up choosing a different shop and was very pleased with my experience at the other shop. Unfortunately poor communication loses customers.

Haley is amazing! She started on my sleeve and I couldn't be happier with the work she did. The detail is amazing and I can't wait to get it finished! I recommend her to everyone.
