Absolute best experience imaginable, super friendly people and environment, a fun experience as well, these artist are very passionate about their craft and my artist Gene was phenomenal in every way possible! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall and I would recommend anyone looking for a tattoo to go here, you will not be disappointed! Thank you to everyone here for the most amazing experience I could have gotten and I sincerely appreciate you all.

It was amazing! Everyone was super kind and nice! Worked hard to make sure you were comfortable and weren't going to faint! Super observant and overall friendly! My friend was even able to get a very last minute tattoo! Extremely respectful! 10/10 recommend

My tattoo only took an hour and it was also quick and very detailed my only thing is make sure you eat something before you go

Where do I even begin? I'm already getting so many compliments on my new tattoo and it's less than 24hrs old. Gene is the most talented artist I've ever had the pleasure of working with and I can't wait to see what he can do with the next one. The shop has the most fun and inviting vibe. They are night owl friendly so that's a huge bonus for me since I work an odd shift.

Around 4 months ago, I was lucky enough to come onboard as the new shop manager. I wasn't sure what to expect and had concerns similar to what any new client may have;

Are the staff and the artists knowledgeable and professional?

Will they work with me on scheduling?

Will it be fun and inviting or cold and clinical feeling?

Well, 4 months on and I have to say that Burned Hearts Tattoo & Art Company has not disappointed!

Alltogether the artists and apprentice, (Gene, Jesse, Smitty and Drew) hold a treasure trove of excellent tattoo knowledge and advice gleaned over almost 60 years of tattoo experience!

Di our owner is kind and flexible when it comes to scheduling, be it with clients or staff and her positive, uplifting and energetic attitude is infectious! (In a good way, not like covid.)

All staff are friendly, welcoming and respectful to clients/client guests and family members, without being stiff or no fun. They also do a good job reminding clients Burned Hearts is there for them throughout the tattoo process, including during healing and touch - up phases as needed.

Burned Hearts staff also strives to ensure a clean and comfortable atmosphere and do a great job of being clean and health conscious, following proper procedure everyday to ensure each client's health and safety are a priority.

I was surprised to find that the "& Art Company" bit meant that its not just tattoos available at Burned Hearts, But other forms of art also.

Sure, Burned Hearts has a sweet selection of curated jewelry, cool stickers and the obligatory shop merch including T-shirts, hoodies and bags, But guests are also able to browse unique pieces of art created by our growing community of local artist partners including, but not limited to; fine art prints, photo prints, custom miniatures models (By yours truly..) and more!

In short, it's a blast! To call getting a tattoo, working here or even just coming with a friend as moral support "fun", would be a severe understatement.

My aunt, grandma, sister, and I were wanting to get matching tattoos. We found Burned Hearts and wanted to go with this company since they are women-owned. I called the shop a couple weeks ago and spoke with a super nice woman about scheduling a couple weeks out for us to get these matching tattoos. I was told I would receive a call or text from an available tattoo artist, but I never did. I called the shop back a few days later and left a VM. I received a text from an artist named Jesse the next day. I attempted to set up an appointment with him for the 4 tattoos, but he never confirmed an appointment. In order to get any sort of response from him, I had to send multiple texts. We were supposed to get the tattoos this weekend and due to no response, we were not able to get these tattoos this weekend. I’m sure their tattoo services are awesome, but the process for making appointments is not great or reliable.

Eric was our artist.. and he was super nice, and the tats turned out soooo good.. we love them!!! Definitely will be going back to him!!

Best artist hands down I hate telling people where I go because I don't want to loose my every 2 week appointment!!!

Kyle was great to work with in prepping and applying my first tat. This was something I debated long and hard and has a very personal meaning to me. I was thrilled with the outcome. I'll go back to him in a heartbeat should I choose to add another piece of art or add to the existing.
