I only stopped in to get gift cards on this trip, this particular location had a friendly staff the store was neat and clean, they were able to give me an estimate for a tattoo, the only reason I did not give them five stars is because I did not get any ink work done I will be happy to update this after the tattoo!

Horrible...first, my wife and i got our noses pierced..cool. She also got her lip pierced..she had to return because her lip was swollen..like really swollen..hospital sowllen...she went back and had it done again..by a different person..this was cool. Then, she amd my daughter went back..my wife had to get her nose redone due to a poor piercing the first time. My daughter got her nose piercrd...they put it in backwards..they guy stopped in the middle of a tattoo to do their piercings. This place is 🗑

Terrible work will not be coming back. For the price of my tattoo my tattoo has a terrible face and nothing about it is great. Not only that when the person came to ask me what is wrong with it they basically told me my idea if the tattoo wouldnt have worked when i know for a fact i can go sonewhere and would have exactly gotten what i wanted because the thing i want on my skin is what i shouldve got. They dont listen and try to work fast unless you have an actual appointment and whoever texted me about the tattoo told me theres no way fot the tattoo to look right as an outline but it could have.

Everyone was standing outside smoking and we're all too lazy to do a couple dimple piercings. I was in Columbus for the day from Cleveland and thought this was the place to go. Nope. It was a joke. Glad I drove the extra 30 miles to come here NOT. they said the equipment needed cleaning to do a dimple piercing. That was the excuse. I didn't ask questions because I didn't want to use them at that point anyway.......
