Wow I just want to say it looked decentbut the staff is not nice and the employee stunk .and she did a horriblejob on my tat it looked ok till after scab came off then it was clear she did not know how to tattoo at all.name was Lauren

Everyone in the shop is super welcoming. Erin tattooed me last fall and I still absolutely loved it. Jess was super friendly and did a great job with the piercings for my me and my friend. I highly recommend this shop for both services. I've yet to be let down by them.

Our piercer was professional in every way possible . From the moment he walked into his own shop with a mask on spoke volumes! He took the time to tell my son what he was doing every step of the way. Thank you Craig for a memorable experience for my son and myself! A+ 👏

Great place! They're clean and friendly! Erin did my tattoo and she dod a reat job she actually seemed happy to do it. This was one of the best experiences I've had seems like most artists have not ben quite as pleasant!

Took my niece for her 1st tattoo today. We both was beyond pleased at how clean the shop was. And Erin was so amazing and professional with her work. She will for sure be seeing us again.

I've known Erin for a little while now, as she has done all my ink at prior parlor's- this was my first time in her shop! Erin has a very high attention to detail and takes great pride in her work. So when she didn't have availability for an appointment, I had complete confidence in whomever would be working on my piece. Let me tell you, i was extremely pleased with the final results. Nate was responsible for dropping one heck of a tattoo on my wife and I. I've always been a little shy when it came to having someone other than Erin doing my tattoos, but every single person that works at this parlor is extremely talented and even more capable. The place is very clean and the artists take every measure to ensure the highest quality of care. I could not have had a better trip. If you are looking for somewhere to go for your next tattoo, or piercing- go no where but Magic City. Thank you both for helping me out!

Nice girl, clean shop. No selection of jewelry at all. Three of us went (2 nose piercings and 1 of us got 2 helix and 1 more lobe piercing) we all had to get the same jewelry (we could choose from purple or clear stone) but it was not what we expected (we thought we'd choose something from a nice display case--they have a nice display case--but don't sell or have jewelry there to choose from). The stones for the ear piercings fell off right away. Was afraid the post would come out and holes would close. Did not know what to do. Called to ask a question about what we should do (even offered to pay more money if I could come in and have her put another stone on the empty posts, the stones were so small they fell off and couldn't find them) and no one called us back. $120 + $40 tip ($60 each + $20 tip = $80 each x 2 = $160) for nose piercings and $100 + $20 tip for ear. Would have been nice to at least get a phone call back for $280.
