Casey is very helpful with helping you decide on a piercing. I am glad that he is honest about if a certain piercing would be worth it for you in the long run instead of doing it anyway, i had originally planned on getting an industrial, but he was honest and said that because of how my ears are it probably would be best to just not do it. And i am a bit sad, but id rather him be honest and for that I'm grateful. Instead i ended up getting a septum piercing and he was phenomenal, it didn't really hurt and he was very quick about getting it done instead of screwing around like some other people have when piercing me. I had a great experience,10/10 will come back for another piercing

There's no other shop I would trust more than this one. Jeff is an amazing artist and has a crew that portrays even more so what a great person and mentor he is in general. I highly recommend anyone and everyone stop in and get some amazing ink or a piercing!!!!

I have 4 Jeff Bird original tattoos. It's amazing how you can just give him an idea and he can create such amazing works of art. And it's a huge bonus he's one great guy tooo. I also have piercings done by Casey, he's fantastic as well. The environment here is sooo great and you really feel like family. I will always come here for any of my tattoos or piercings.

Jeff and the guys at defiant designs are the only ones in this area that I will go to. They're all super professional, and their work really speaks for itself.
On my 18th birthday Jeff did a tattoo for me in memory of my late grandmother, and when I saw the finished piece, it was so beautiful that I cried. He really puts his all into each and every tattoo, from beginning to end, he works diligently to make sure that the tattoo you're getting is everything you wanted and more.

Amazing place! Beautiful shop and very friendly and talented artists. Jeff has done two extensive biomechanical pieces on my forearm and chest. The line work is always superb and the amount of effort put in to make sure you love every last detail is the reason i always return. As soon as i can scrap up a few extra dollars you know im gonna get a shoulder piece to tie them together!

My daughter and I got our navels pierced, he did a great job with good humor and total professionalism. Clean, focused and careful, but he kept us smiling through everything. Made sure we understood after care instructions, and offered ongoing help with new jewelry when needed. Very well done.

So far Casey has given me a conch and two helix piercings. All have been done well and less painfully than expected. Shop is very clean and employees are professional and kind. I will be coming back for more piercings and possibly tattoos

I had Jeff do a hibiscus and dragonfly tattoo on my arm. I went back yesterday just to do a touch up and Jeff spent a lot of time on it. I didnt think it was possible to love my tat anymore than I already did but....I do!!! I’m from out of town. At 46 years young, I got a bug to get my nose pierced. I went to another shop and they wouldn’t wait on me, as you needed an appointment.
That brought me to Defiant , and I am so glad it did !
I was very skeptical just based on the neighborhood and being from out of town, I decided to take my chances. As soon as I walked in the front door, I knew I was in good hands.
Casey explained the whole process, was very humorous and kind, we chatted like old friends, the whole time. His room was clean and so were the instruments. The whole staff made you feel like family..
