Joe pierced my nostril at a weird angle and it has this cut going down to the piercing that hasn't healed since, and it's been about a month. My piercing has gotten infected since the wound has more area for the germs to get through and their recommended treatment has done nothing to help. Joe assumed I wanted a stud instead of a ring and when I told him (which was right before he pierced, because he didn't even warn me), he almost didn't give me a ring color choice, and he gave me a small thin ring. Is it so strange for a female to want a big silver hunk of metal in her nose? Well now it's infected because of Joe rushing or just his plain lack of skill. he also pierced my friend's belly button crooked. Would give zero stars.

Great space. The shop is well lit, clean and spacious. My husband and I worked with Rex Cole and Aaron Walker. Both men were professional, well spoken and gave us killer work! Everything I want in my tattoo shop and artist was found here.

I went to Factory Edge Tattoo with my daughter for a Tragus piercing. Joe Chavez was the piercer. What a cool individual, he made me laugh and feel welcomed. I love my piercing. He even suggested heart earrings as I had indicated I liked em.

Joe is my favorite piercer. He has done my belly button, my third and fourth ear lobe piercing, my industrial, my nose ring, and my septum. He has always been my go to guy for going on 4 years now. All the workers there are super friendly as well.

I have only had one piercing done here (by joe chavez) and had a great experience. It was my first nose piercing and I was nervous about it hurting because I hate needles but love piercings lol. Joe didn’t make me feel rushed and even showed me breathing techniques just incase. DEFINITELY 10/10 recommend coming here if it’s your first piercing or if the only thing holding you back from being pierced is the needles ( but go to get the rest of them too !! ) 😂
