Clean and comfortable environment. If you’re looking to get any comic book or cartoon tattoos this is the place to go. My artist was Matt and he did great work, this will be the only place I get tattoos from this point on. Matt was friendly, detailed and considerate. I’ll be taking my girl there in a few months to get her tattoo done.

Sam is the best! Went there on 12/27/19 for Walk In Friday. Got a small tattoo. Even though it was small and not elaborate, Sam still took the time to explain everything and made me feel comfortable. We even had a fun conversation! You can tell right away that tattooing is her passion. Will definitely be going back to refresh and old tattoo and who knows, maybe get another one! Thanks again Sam!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend getting your tattoo at Crybaby. The shop is super clean, relaxing atmosphere, friendly and welcoming receptionist , and best of all THE BEST TATTOO ARTISTS IN NJ MATT & SAM. I have recently had 4 tattoos complete by Matt (7 tattoos on my body) and all I can say is they are the best tattoos on my body and I am so happy. They are Tattoo Artists at their best. I received my first tattoo at CryBaby. The shop is clean, the staff is friendly, and the environment is super relaxing. MarCella, the gate keeper and receptionist of the shop, is so patient answering all my question before and after the appointment and then repeating the same answers the next day. Matt designed the most beautiful tattoo for me. Matt set me completely at ease and let me take the time I needed to decide where the tattoo should go. I have received so many compliments and strangers have taken pictures of my tattoo. I LOVR it. Thank you Matt!! Whether It’s your first tattoo or tenth, I highly recommend you go to Crybaby.

Since I'm originally from Florida, I thought it would be difficult to find a great tattoo shop on my own. It wasn't! Sam & Matt are so friendly and knowledgeable, and they both have amazing skills. I was a walk-in for their Walk-In Fridays, but I'll definitely be back for more.

I have been to their place to just ask if they do piercings. The woman who works there was super rude. First she yelled at me before unlocking door to step back (there’s a sign says appointments only, I get it) But when I asked my question politely while I’m out of the parlor, she yelled at me and slammed the door on my face. Is is necessary to be this much rude? I was also planning to get a new tattoo but I wouldn’t even pass through their place.

Never do I give bad reviews. But I had a horrible experience with this tattoo shop. I made an appointment and before I gave my deposit I made sure to say that I either wanted it on my rib or ankle. She said that is totally okay and that it doesn’t make a difference. So she explained I can decide when I get there for my appointment. A week before my appointment she says that if I want it on my ribs I have to wait another 3 months! At this point I already gave my deposit and I already waited 4 months for the original appointment. Not professional at all. Especially since I asked this question before I made the appointment. As a first timer, not a good place to go and feel comfortable. When trying to resolve any issue talking to the receptionist I could hear the artist yelling in the background. Very unprofessional. I kindly asked for a deposit return months and months ago. They were very rude and denied to give me any kind of refund. They did not care to resolve the issue.
