This place is very rude and unprofessional, i got my nose pierced here and they charged me 10$ extra for a hoop piercing, got infected within 2 days after telling me to clean it with dial soap, went back they were rude about it and told me it was fine and not infected and there was nothing they could do about it, went to another place and they told me it needed to be removed immediately and they removed it for me for free and offered to pierce it when it’s healed for free.

I called to see if there was any availabilities. The guy that answered the phone was very rude he said you would have to come and talk to the artist I said I understand I tried giving him idea what I wanted he said you'd still have to come and talk to the artist I said is the artist available right now he said no I said so then there is no availabilities then and he said well I guess not SMH could have just said that from the get-go instead of wasting my time

My daughter had her nose pierced here today. I thought the staff was helpful and the piercer was very good with my daughter who was getting her first piercing.

Horrible place to get a piercing. I informed the piercer I was allergic to nickel and he still put stainless steel in my ear which contains nickel and he also pierced my daith in the wrong location. It became infected I had to take it out and once it heals I will have to go somewhere else and have it repierced costing me more money
