When i called around the places in Bozeman, Tattoo Alley was the most friendly and helpful on the phone. I quickly and easily got an apointment set up. I was nervious because it was my first tattoo but the calm atmostphere and fun music helped ease my nerves. DJ did my tattoo and had a helpful and fun attitude the whole time. I've only heard good things about this place. Don't let rhe literal alley scare you away!

My girlfriend and I are on vacation in Big Sky and decided to get a tattoo to commemorate our experience in the mountains. Both the guys working were incredibly nice and helpful in drawing up what we wanted. The end result was great and if we are ever back in the area we would definitely hit them up again.

If I could give a Negative rating i would. I walked in with 4 friends wanting to get tattooed and they were rude and not helpful. We all ended up leaving. I wanted a tattoo on my finger and he said he wouldn't tattoo my hands unless I was "heavily tattooed" I was wearing jeans and long sleeve, he didn't know how many tattoos I had, just assumed. What does having me being tattooed heavily have to do with placement? I'm aware that I would have to get it touched up in the future. Disrespectful & rude. Would not recommend. Thanks anyways guys.

went in for a walk-in, and they were all VERY rude. Each of the artists acted like they hated their jobs and didn't want to be there. No enthusiasm, no greeting when I walked in. I talked to a guy for a little while and decided to leave without a tattoo because he had no genuine interest at all
