I went to billings in 2014, and decided to get my septum pierced. Not only did I get this pierced with my head upside down on my back, which I have recently discovered is dangerously wrong, I have also learnt from an experienced piercer that my septum was never pierced when getting this redone. Turns out the gentlemen pierced my skin which should always be avoided. I would advise to not get pierced here. Incredibly sketchy.

Got two piercings at the same time done here, couple months later (after not properly taking care of them) I developed piercing bumps and he helped me get them taken care of no issue. Very funny, knowledgeable and knows how to make you feel comfortable! It’s always a joy coming in!

Went in on Monday to have my nose pierced by Francis. The experience was great. Francis took great care of me. The actual piercing was quick and relatively painless, and he even wiped my tears afterward! The positioning is perfect, and no pain or swelling after the fact. Thanks Francis! See yah again soon.

Got my nipples pierced here by Francis and it was a great experience! I was skeptical at first but I wouldn’t have chosen another place to get them pierced! He put me in such a comfortable zen mode, I left feeling relaxed. He’s also very knowledgeable and will answer any and all questions. P.S. you need to be able to take a few jokes, don’t be to sensitive 😉

Extremely dirty store and creepy owner. Excseive crudes jokes and inappropriate/odd touching. He stroked my friend’s cheek and called her kitten. Thought the owner is clearly versed in piercing his technique is out is date and tools are very iffy. He wears a lab coat that flies dust everywhere. He also insisted on whispering instructions in our ears and said things like, “pretty pink girl” while trying to find out personal things about us like were we worked and stuff. Do not go. Unsafe.
