My family came here for our very first tattoo and when you walk in this place is welcoming and humble. All the artists are incredible and make you feel at home. They really make sure your piece is exactly how you want it. Wonderful experience and shout out to Brent and Charlie you guys were amazing! Thank you for the great experience. I needed to have some piercings taken out, for school. Pretty simple. Beth was fantastic. It was a simple request & I knew she was busy but I appreciated the short time she took with me. I'll definitely be going back to have her put them back in.

I went in for a touch up on a tattoo and to have some lines thickened. I spent $80 getting this done. That's how much it cost originally. š I was sat in a chair after waiting 45min and the person doing the touch up didn't talk to me the entire time. He was talking to someone else, made no attempt to make me feel welcome at all. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for "personal" touches. It felt like they wanted to take my money and kick me out

Girls when you get your 4th all done. Note they don't provide you ;ear piercings saline wash. You gotta go to Wal-Mart or cvs / Walgreen for it.

Called in and the helpful lady at the front desk helped me schedule an appointment. Came in and got my first tattoo and it was an incredible experience. I had an idea of what I wanted but they helped me design it and I love it. They were very accommodating and helpful through the whole process. Will be coming back for my next tattoo!

I called before I went in to get my first tattoo and was given very little information about everything. I did a walk in but was helped very quickly.
My artist (Jessie) did not introduce himself, did not try to start a conversation, I did not feel welcome, I wasnāt even given a price or quote until the tattoo was finished and already on my skin. I expressed my idea, and the artist sighed, rolled his eyes, put his head down, and got an attitude. I was basically told that because of my age and generation that it was dumb and probably just āgotten off of pinterestā even tho It was something very meaningful to me. (and I didnāt even show a picture I brought in a paper with a family members writing on it). I asked the artists opinion on placement and appearance and all I got was a āI already told you what i think and iāve been doing this for 30 years, but just tell me what you want and iāll do itā. I told him it was my first tattoo and he said āJust donāt move, thatās all I have to tell you.ā I was shocked and felt so disrespected.
The tattoo process was quick but I had no idea what was happening the entire time due to absolutely no communication.
My tattoo was not even an inch by an inch and I was charged $80.
Honest and truthfully, I didnāt even get what I originally wanted because he made me feel stupid and that what I wanted was dumb and that I would regret it, but what I regret listening to him.
I donāt usually write reviews, but I am so unhappy and will not be returning to that artist or maybe even for another tattoo.
I read other reviews and other people had similar experiences, and itās just disappointing because I had very high hopes and was not expecting such terrible service.
Thank you for your time Jessie but I was not impressed.
