Clean facility and friendly staff. Gene did my cover up and he's a friendly, down to earth guy. My cover up turned out amazing! My new tattoo guy for sure!

just got a half sleeve done here by Josh and piercings by Emily. I could not be happier with the work I received. I would say its fair to ignore the reviews from years back seeing as I have not encountered any problems since coming here. I've got 2 other tattoos lined up for a week with no problem as well, and their ability to take my ideas and put it on paper is second to none. Definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Haley did a great job on my nose piercing:) She was very detailed with the aftercare process. super sweet, loved her! definitely will be back soon.

the tattoo artist tried to charge a $60 minimum for a tiny heart. this used to be my favorite tattoo shop but since reggie left it has gone down hill. poor value and not professional.

They are great with piercings. I got my naval done a second time here and even with all the damage and scar tissue the first place left me with, they worked with it to make it look normal. I had many places turn me away because of the first holes, but they didn't! They were super friendly and very clean!

Dan and Ally were so great! My friends and I came in late at night, my friend got her septum pierced and they both were so professional and friendly. The shop was also so clean and looked awesome. Definitely recommend!!

My sister and I went there to get matching tattoos. They were done by Bear,he is amazing,we are very happy with our tattoos!!!👍👍😁😁 he is very kind and easy to conversate with! We are going to get another tattoo and are hoping to have Bear be the one to do it for us!!!

Allie did an awesome job re-piercing my nose! Sterile, clean, and comfy environment! I was also able to get a quote for my next tattoo while I was there. I’ll definitely be back to see her.

Worse tattoo ever, not only does it look like junk there is nothing positive about my experience at Enchanted Dragon. If your looking for minimal work and to be totally embarrassed go here. I only put a 1 star cause I had to, I would give a negative 5 stars. Not sure of the guys name, but he found eating his pizza more important than giving me, my niece and nephew a tattoo. I’d post a picture but it’s that bad. Took over an hour for the first, did mine in about 45 mins and the last wasn’t even 30 mins. We all got the same tattoo as a memorial for my Dad. I can’t even give you the chance to fix it as I live in another state, but hope you can fix theirs. Super disappointed.

Was very unimpressed for this being my first time being there. Myself, my wife, and a close family friend went in for very small matching tattoos (an autism puzzle piece to represent our son) joe was our artist as he was the only one available. He wasn't very friendly when we would try and talk to him. My wife and I had both of ours placed on our forearm with 4 colors in it and our friend had a very small one on the back of her ear and another small tattoo done on her forearm as well in black. Joe stated since the one on the back of her was so small he could only do a solid color so we agreed to the price for $170 for all 4 small tattoos. It was late when we got there and he acted as if it was fine if we were there a little after he closed. Our friend went first and her tattoo on her forearm looked great, however he only outlined the puzzle piece behind her ear, he did not color it. As I was getting mine done she asked about it and said that we agreed on doing a solid color on the puzzle piece. He proceed to tell her they didn't and he would have to charge her another $60 to open another needle to color in the puzzle piece that is no bigger than my thumb nail. Then stated he didn't have time to do it because he had to go and he had things to go do. Even though he agreed to do this when the price was given to us. I felt very rushed and ripped off. We all have had many tattoos done at many other places and have never been told by an artist that if I paid more he would fix the tattoo the way I wanted it, they always make sure that we are happy before walking out the door. I will not recommend this artist to anyone. We went in to have a tattoo done of a piece very close to our hearts and he basically didn't care if we were satisfied of the way it looked in the end unless we wanted to fork more money out.
