They pierced my tongue quick and easy was painless... Well I felt it, but it wasn't bad at all. They told me how to take care of it, and just got a smaller bar put in today, (two weeks after initial piercing,) to replace the original one that is longer due to natural swelling after piercing. Super professional and still friendly, and down to earth.

I messaged RCKT Tattoo and Piercing, during quarantine, about an irritated piercing and can only assume I was talking to the owner, Jessica. She was immediately willing to help me and was absolutely amazing throughout the process. She gave me helpful information and was very quick to respond.
I have been in to RCKT a few times for ear piercings and the staff was nothing but kind, welcoming, and overall great. I HIGHLY recommend this shop!

I went to RCKT Tattoo and Piercing to get two helix piercings. The staff and piercers were so friendly, patient, and helpful. Everything was squeaky clean. Great jewelry selection as well, all implant grade titanium. I was so impressed and will be back!

I love this shop. I had a few tattoos from other people but since i started coming to Dang i never looked for another artist. He offers consultations so you can tell him what you want and he can create your one of a kind tattoo. I've had a tattoo get infected (my fault, my kid fell and being mommy i picked her up and she rubbed dirt into whole shoulder tattoo 10 hours after getting it) I had worries and Dang answered all my questions.

I had my nose pierced here four days ago, and I do not regret my decision to get it done by Jessy. She was very nice and funny and spoke to me directly, which was all very helpful and made me less nervous. After having such a good experience here, my mom said she would love to come back to get her tattoo touched up or get a piercing herself. I definitely recommend going to B-Cool Tattoo & Piercing.

I got my first tattoo here for my 18th birthday and I went back recently with my mother and four sisters so we could all get a tattoo (I am now 24). The place has gone through a lot of cosmetic changes and I personally love it. Both Jessy and Dang were very kind while we were there. They went above and beyond during our time and even kept the shop open for us past close so that everyone in our group could be tattooed. I have also had all of my facial piercings done there in my youth and Jessy was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. I would not hesitate to go back and I do in fact plan on going back soon for another piercing. Yes the jewelry can be a bit pricey but it is going in your flesh; it's really an investment in your health to have a good piece of jewelry in there. But this is neither here nor there. In short, I love this shop and I will continue to support it.

Came in for a nose piercing and they didn't have the jewlery I specifically called and requested days before that they told me they had for me. Piercer was really rude and they were hesitant to give me my deposit back even though they were the ones that screwed up. Rude & unprofessional I decided to go somewhere else and would not reccomend RCKT to anyone.

Went here to get my nose pierced a couple years ago and I absolutely love it to this day! I got it pierced by the owner and she was so amazing and killed my nerves off so quickly. It wasn't even as painful as I thought it was gonna be! I will definitely come back here for future piercings, maybe even a tattoo!

I just got a new conch piercing here with Bonnie and it went GREAT! The piercing is perfect and the jewelry is adorable and great quality! I also loved all of the covid practices. Will definitely go back in the future!
