I absolutely love this shop! It's cozy, and the people are amazing and so nice! I've gotten my last two tattoos from Josh and he is so amazing! I highly recommend if you want some awesome work done, this is the place to go!

My daughter got her nose pierced here, put the smallest nose ring possible In her nose, nose swelled up around the whole piercing, front and back, wen I called the shop, they told me to bring her any place that deals with that, they wer unable to help! Brang her two differnt places and both said they can’t help due to the size and swelling .... infected after just one day... now she has to go to ENT to have it surgically removed!!! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, save your money and go elsewhere!!!!!

Jon did an amazing job with my 10 year old daughter! He was able to reopen an old piercing and didn't charge me for it. He was patient and explained everything he was doing. Jon really made my daughter feel at ease.

Unfortunately I have a mixed review: my in person experience was decent as Jon helped me choose a unique piece and made it beautiful. Unfortunately when I called the number on the receipt a few days later I felt like I was dealing with a completely different person. The number on the receipt happened to be his personal phone so he already had an angry tone. I simply wanted to go over my receipt to make sure I understood the charges but Jon was rude and impatient, raising his voice at me and being very aggressive. I could also hear him yelling violently at a child in the background, which made me very scared. He simply could have said "this is not a good time, please call back", as I know parenting can be hard. Or "please call the office number...here it is." But instead he took his anger and frustrations out on me which shows his real character. Because of this I want to WARN others about this place---Jon seems to have a temper and can change and become an aggressive or even violent person at times. BE CAREFUL!
