Went to go get my nose pierced today, whomever (didn’t get to catch his name) was welcoming. Doug did a great job, he was informative, professional, quick, and clean! He answered all my questions, and walked me through everything. I’d definitely recommend, and will be going back to get my navel re-pierced.

Had my septum pierced before and they pierced it wrong hit a nerve and have been scared together a piercing since. about a month ago got it repierced here, wonderful experience did it 110% right. The lady working at the counter was absolutely amazing. They take extrodinary measuresto make sure their staff is safe. Cant remember names but the man who gave me my piercing was great too! My only issue is the ball to my piercing broke off but they are still getting five stars cause they could have never predicted that, they did everything perfect, and the fact I'm 99 percent positive they will replace when I call tomorrow. So regardless they are great will never go anywhere for a piercing agian

I went into 13th hour to get an ear piercing after two failed attempts at Claire’s. I heard from several people that it’s so much better to get it done with a needle at a tattoo shop versus a piercing gun at Claire’s. I’m so happy I got it done here, because what a difference! Doug was so professional and knowledgeable and made sure I was well informed on the procedure and after cafe. Everything was extremely clean and sanitary. I would absolutely recommend 13th hour tattoos!
