Got my first piercing today! It was a great experience and felt very comfortable even though I was nervous. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area! :)

About a week ago, I went in and got my industrial repierced. I received great customer service from Chris(the piercer) as well as the receptionist. I was pierced with too short of a bar and have no room for swelling. After about 3-4 days of it swelling and being a new piercing, I called to have them look at it. I talked to Brooke. She looked at it and proceeded to tell me that she did not think I needed a longer bar even though one of my ball end pieces is digging into my ear. She proceeded to advice me to do warm towel compresses 3-4 times 2 times a day. A towel compress with the same towel 3-4 times in one sitting can cause an infection as it will keep getting new bacteria on it. She also told me that I should get a travel pillow to sleep with( I do agree with this as I’ve heard it as a great tip a few times). She told me that she didn’t think my swelling wouldn’t get much worse even though it was still a fresh piercing.

Just got my nose pierced here and I love it! Brooke did a great job and was super helpful and patient! Even checked on me after I left the building feeling dizzy. Overall, a wonderful experience that I am highly satisfied with! Will definitely be back for more piercings in the future!

This place was great! Very clean, very professional, very efficient! I had a reaction to piercing (light-headed) and the piercer was extremely responsive and knowledgeable in ways to help. Also got great advice on choosing jewelry. When you hear advice to shop around for a reputable piercing boutique, THIS IS THE KIND OF PLACE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! Had Brooke as my piercer. She was DOPE! I got my ears gauged and nostril done in one sitting (on my lunch break). Loved it so much I came back to get my septum done. Would visit again for any other piercings. Also, dude at the counter was super cool!

Brought my daughter for her first piercing. The shop and staff were super chill and relaxing. They took good care of my daughter and gave her a great experience!

I came in to get my lip and septum pierced and received excellent customer service. The piercer was perhaps the best piercer I've had. He offered suggestions for jewelry, was very friendly and did a fantastic job piercing. I'd been told by friends that septum piercings felt like getting punched in the nose, but it was perhaps the least painful piercing I've had. Beautiful jewelry, great service, wonderful overall experience. I will be going here for any other piercings I decide to get!

So far have gotten 2 piercings here and they are just awesome. They were very quick to answer any questions or concerns and were knowledgeable and professional. Great place highly recommend

I went there a couple months ago for some nostril rings and it felt very stand-off ish but I thought maybe it was just in my head. This past time I went they were really helpful and super kind but I went in for a curved bell at for my vertical labret I was pretty sure was a 16g. I came in for them to look at it just in case though and the piercer said it was most definitely a 14g which is convenient cause they didn’t have any 16g I found the card I was given when I got it and it’s definitely a 16g so now my lip is killing me after they jammed a 14g into my lip when it clearly didn’t fit. I didn’t want to come off as questioning the professional but I wish the professional would have just admitted maybe he was wrong.
