My friend and I did a walk in for nose piercing, such a great place. I had my first and only tattoo done here as well. Everyone was great on both occasions. Will definitely be back!

I went in to have my dermal removed. The guy who took it out for me was very nice and very professional. Kept me calm when he was taking it out. I love this place and I always recommend it to people. Even to random strangers who I hear talking about wanting a piercing.

Don't know what the hell happened. Went in for piercings several times in the past and was always nice, went in today and people were smoking cigarettes, the smell hit you right in the face when you walked in. Wasn't greeted nicely like in the past. Probably won't be coming back for my piercing needs, did not feel sanitary and smelled like a nasty bar.

I came here a couple of months ago to get a small peice done behind my ear. The artist was super cool, and made me feel welcomed. I liked his style of work, and the fact that he was easy to talk to. The place was cash only at the time, and he let me run across the street to use an atm machine, trusting I'd come back. I scheduled another appointment with him a month or so ahead of time, still thinking it would be cash only. Yesterday was suppose to be my appointment but I was having issues withdrawaling my money from the atm machine so I called Liquid Tattoo to cancel my appointment. The lady I spoke to seemed to be very understanding, and I messaged the artist later to reschedule but he never replied back. This morning I thought about it more and realized that I had paid $50 to make this appointment and felt a bit disappointed that the artist didn't respond to reschedule, so I decided to drive out there to retrieve my money back. It was non refundable, but also understandable. However the lady- whome I spoke with yesterday on the phone- was very inconsiderate. I found out, today, that they accepted cards now, and the fact that she didn't tell me that yesterday after I specifically told her I couldn't pull cash out really hit a nerve. I have a very busy work schedule these days, and am lucky if I can even get a day off. So when I confronted her today over failing to mention they now accept cards, she said she assumed that since I was having troubles with pulling out cash, it must also mean I'd have troubles using my card. Also, "stuff happens." I get that. But if she had better communication skills I would have that tattoo, and yesterday wouldn't have been a waste of time, and I wouldn't be here writing this crappy review.

I got my dermal done here and the jewelry changed numerous times. Price's were usually the same, although I paid twice as much this time. Unfortunately, this encounter was not as pleasant as the one's prior to. I felt rushed and unimportant. The process to change the jewelry was uncomfortable then painful. It's been over hour and my cheek is still swollen and red. I would still recommend this shop, just be sure to voice your concerns and discomfort.
