There information clearly states that they are open 24 hours a day. I called at 9 am to be responded to with a text and swore at for waking them up and they ain't open this early. We do texts only. What type of legitimate business only does texts and swears at a potential customer. Pretty unprofessional.

Wow so a day later now I'm being personally looked up and contacted via Facebook. What type of professional can't handle a review someone wrote good or bad? All very unprofessional. Who are you to look me up and contact me personally? Should I have to look that far into it and go into the review section where any more information is listed? I looked at the home page came up with this tattoo shop when I googled houghton tattoo shops where it says open 24 hours 7 days a week make a appointment so I called at 930 am to try to make a appointment and of course normally would have questions to ask that I want to hear a response to. No one answered the phone but two seconds later I'm getting texted who TF is this and thanks for waking me up. Guess u should change your hours if u are still sleeping at 930 and want to be so rude to a potential customer n cus them out. I have all the messages if I can figure out how to post them here I will. What type of professional business only does texting? Not everyone has 20 min to text when a 5 min phone call would be just fine. If Im making a app with my doctor I'm not gonna text them. In all my years I have never made a app anywhere via a text. I have questions I want to talk to someone make sure it's not a scam and I don't have half a day to waste texting someone I have no clue who I'm texting. Totally unprofessional and now to get upset over a review and personally contact me it's crazy.

I certainly never said that I expected or demanded a response immediately. We all know what "TF" stands for and u most certainly were swearing at me just because u abbreviated it in a text, had u answered the phone and spoke to me u wouldn't have abbreviated it. Comment all u want to on my public profile wasn't offended by that either. I do think it's Ludacris that u or u sending a customer to attack me in my personal messenger after u already did a great job of being rude the day before. Now you shouldn't have any problems with 930 am phone calls waking.you up because u fixed your hours not so hard to.do post the right information maybe u wouldn't have gotten a 930 am call I would have called at 3 am based on the information it states open 24 hours 7 days a week. I don't care what type of business u r at some.point I expect to actually talk to u so I'm comfortable with knowing it's not a scam. Sure make the appointment online or text. Start with a standard professional text so someone knows who the unrecognized number is that is texting when they just made a bunch of calls. U shouldn't just assume ppl will know who u r. If I was offended by any comment put here or my public profile page I would remove them unfortunately I don't care who comments on my public stuff but to attack me in my messenger is again very unprofessional. Handle a review good or bad. Haven't had a review in 11 months now u sending ppl to put reviews I find that hilarious to obviously u don't like a not so good review well I don't like being spoken to how u did and had u not been so inappropriately rude on the text I wouldn't have felt the need to leave a review. Clearly I was offended n couldn't believe some local business would talk to a potential customer like that.

Got my tattoo when I was 16 years old. It was my first tattoo. I'm now 27 and it's never faded what so ever. It looks as if I just got it done still. Love this place.
