My cousins, sister, and I all came to get our tragus pierced on whim, Ray was so professional and nice and made the whole experience so much fun. I love my new pierced and will be coming back to get my other side done soon. I really recommend this place if you want to get pierced.

I was very nervous and on the fence about a nose piercing. I called to see if I could basically walk-in and I was greeted with a kind man on the phone.......which made me feel like yup, I can do this. I walked in, the staff was very kind, encouraging and warm. John marked my nose, a few times to be precise. Talked me through the process which took my mind off the PINCH. I LOVE IT!!! John had me dancing out the door. Definitely the place to go!!! Pocketbook friendly too!!

I got my tragus piercing from here a little over an year ago. I finally decided to change the jewelry today (thankfully it’s fully healed) I realized the piercer pierced it SO LOW that it can split into two in the future. I had NO CHOICE but to leave the piercing alone and close my hole because I didn’t want to risk that happening later on. I wasted 45$ for something that should have been done correctly the first time. I’m so disappointed and I will not be coming back. It’s annoying because I had both of my tragus’s pierced but now I have to wait 3-4 months for it to completely close out to re-pierce it from ANOTHER PLACE. They are ridiculous and give you bs answers if you ask them any questions. I would stoop low and say other things but I’m just going to leave it here and let other people who decide to get a piercing at this place see it for what it is.

I made an appointment days in advance for a nose piercing, upon arriving I was told that the guy that was supposed to pierce my nose was not there, the secretary was very unprofessional. all I asked was for a call to cancel so I would not waste my time going all the way up there. I live all the way across town and I was very disappointed. This is not a decent way to conduct business. And I truly believe that this whole ordeal was racially motivated . Shame on you.

This is my first time at this establishment and I was very happy about my experience! I scheduled a same day appointment for a nose piercing with John. John was veerrrryyy pleasant! Was very welcoming a warm. The process was clean, everything pre packaged and sanitary! The receptionist was very nice as well! Great job guys!
