I used to absolutely love this place I got about 6-8 pieces done back to back because the environment was amazing the artists were dope and it was very clean. As of lately my view has changed. I’ve been trying to make an appointment all week and I keep being rolled into voicemail but I can’t leave a message because it’s full. I also keep trying to dm the artists directly because Ik an email won’t be seen, they’ll read and reply as if they can help me but never get back to me and at one point they read my messages and didn’t say anything. I never expected this from them

I went in as a walk-in and Carly took me right away! I wasn't exactly sure on a design and he took time to draw up what I wanted and was very accommodating to any changes I wanted to make. He was very professional and the place is really clean. It was a little more than I expected to pay but I'm so happy with how my tattoo turned out!

Great folks, great place. I got a tree of life on my forearm from Jon Medina. As my first tattoo I was very nervous but everything was clean and professional and he did a great job walking me through it and keeping me comfortable. Would recommend to all and will definitely be back.

They didn't honor my deposit when I made a request for a custom job. Granted, I didn't like the artwork Carly came up with but its common practice to honor 1 deposit to come up with an acceptable piece. I even drew the artwork myself and he also wayyyyy overcharged me. $500 for some simple linework worth maybe $300 tops.
Clean shop and good music though.

Went in to see the place and walked out with an appointment for 2 days later. John did our work, its exactly what we described. The line work is clean, he was fast, and super fair priced. All the guys at the shop are easy to talk to and any work ive seen from brightside is just amazing.
