Alex is so professional. I went and saw him for some piercings and just his level of knowledge and professionalism was amazing. I am a returning customer from 14 years ago and will choose them all the time over anyone else. Listening the the staff get along and the amazing energy in the shop was such a comforting feeling. Thank you guys so much for continuing to be you and being a family that cares. Much love to all of you.

Got my first tattoo here and I had little creativity to what I wanted, but the guy who designed it for me (believe it was Alex) did a killer job and brought more creativity to my idea for a tattoo. The owner Mike added in some details and walk through what he was gonna do and pitch in some ideas of what I should do. He was great, the staff was friendly and they had amazing hospitality. It was a great experience for first time definetly will go there again in the future!

I got my first tattoo done here for my 20th birthday— it came out great and I’m in love with it plus I only had to wait about an hour before. I went in again a couple weeks later with some close friends to get pierced since we’ve always talked about it and we were very excited. The same guy who was super nice when I got my tattoo was there, but this time he had a sour attitude and seemed like he didn’t care, which was off-putting since I had a good experience with him before. However, I’m in love with my piercing and he did a good job. People are entitled to have bad days but when you work in customer service at least try a little to hide it.

It was so cool. They do tattoos, piercings. Turn it up, 10 would recommend going will be going back again.

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I was in and out within 10 minutes. 10/10 would recommend for first timers and people that have been getting poked for years.

I've had both good and bad experiences over my twenty years in going to pins and needles. Back in the day there was definitely a question of ethics. I'm hoping that problem was solved. ( It was a long time ago) Obviously I keep going back so it can't be that bad 😉I've gotten both tattoos and piercings and I have to say the quality all varies on the artist. Unfortunately I've had some pretty sloppy work when it comes to tattoos, but they will always touch it up if u come back. Never any issues with piercings. What I love and hate at the same time honestly is the walk in only.

My friend and I went for walk-in tattoos. Someone told us to put our name on the list and there was one other girl sitting on the couches so we went and sat on the other couch to wait. About 25 minutes later the woman tattoo artist noticed we were sitting on the couch, rudely asked what we were doing there and told us to leave if we wanted tattoos, that they would call us when they were ready (would've been nice to know when we first walked in and put our names down). We never got a phone call. Would never return somewhere so unorganized with such a rude tattoo artist.

Caleb was an awesome guy, he answered all my questions and did my tongue piercing like an hour ago. he explained the whole process to me which actually put my mind at ease. 10/10 would recommend going here for piercings.

Jimmy did a tattoo for me one week and the following week, he did matching tattos for my daughter and I. He is an incredible artist, super friendly and easy to talk to. Definitely going back again and again.
