Thank you to Ken who took the time to help me come up with a design that I liked to cover up an old, ugly tattoo. I actually had a second equally as bad tattoo that he fixed up for me as well. The shop had good vibes, I was very comfortable and everyone who came in while I was getting my work done seemed to be pleasantly satisfied with the work of the other artists. Will return again someday, Definitely recommend!

Tom has now done three tattoos for me, I went this afternoon and it was amazing . His work is beyond amazing, He always has wonderful conversation with his customers and is responsible priced.I am beyond in love with what he drew up for me, I told him my idea and he made a beautiful tattoo for what I explained I wanted. I highly recommend if your thinking about a tattoo that is where you want to go, I will definitely be going back for more, they make you feel right at home and very comfortable while he does his work, I’m always very satisfied with his work and how he is with his customers and the price. Have had tattoo’s from Tom,Ken and Taylor. If you ever want a tattoo and not be disappointed make sure you go to Mad Hatter in OOB. Can't say enough good things about this shop. My girlfriend and I stopped in while we were visiting the area and I decided to get my first tattoo. Tom made the experience very easy and enjoyable. I told him I wanted a tribute tattoo for my friend and when he came back to me with this design, I could not have been happier.
The quality came out amazing and I really don't think the price could've been any better. So if you're in the area looking for great quality at a reasonable price, I highly recommend stopping here.

Tom was great! Not my first tattoo but it was my son’s first! Tom took his time and explained everything and answered all of his questions. He slid both of us into his busy schedule. It was a great bonding experience fo us. I wouldn’t hesitate to send any and everyone to him! If you need something go see Tom!

I had some words written on my wrist in my dad's handwriting. Spur of the moment, we were on a trip. I wish I would've waited to have my regular artist do it for me. Some spots are super dark, and some you can hardly make out the line. The consistency is not good. Unfortunately I will have to pay to have it re done. Super bummed but nothing I can do about it now.
