This dude is not an up to date tattoo artist/piercer. All of my piercing I have gotten from Malcom have gotten infected or had to be taken out due to something he did

Malcolm did several of my tattoos about 20 or so years ago. He's now done my daughter's as well. Thank you Malcolm for being so sweet and professional. Can't wait to go back.

Pathetic experience. Walked in today and was immediately (and harshly, mind you) told to take off my mask by the shop owner. The way he spoke to my mother and I was SO unprofessional and rude. The guy literally doesnβt allow masks and gets so triggered about anyone wearing one despite COVID still being a VERY real thing. Glad I left before I wasted any money at this place.

I got my 2nd nostril and bridge pierced here. Malcolm was very patient with me while we adjusted the bridge placement. Super quick, super even, cute jewelry, and PERFECT placement. Clean shop too! :)

I have had to repierce my nose several times and this was the first time I didnβt bleed or swell up.. I feel that Malcolm is very professional and an expert at what he does.. Iβm definitely going back for a neck tattoo.. thank you again Malcolm...!!πππΎπ€©

I got there around 5pm, and there were about 7 tattoos ahead of me. Malcom doesnβt know how to multitask. When he was talking to the others, he would stop tattooing. People would come in for piercings as well, heβd try to get them in and out quickly, but this group of 3 girls only got a couple piercings and it took a minimum of 15 minutes. Tried to be patient and wait, but ended up leaving around 9:30 without getting anything done. Heard an earful of bad things about this place

I wasn't allowed to wear my mask inside. It's a small room and had a lot of people in it. I thought for second, when we were told to pull our masks down, he just meant we didn't HAVE to wear them, but he meant we weren't ALLOWED to wear them in the shop. Totally unprofessional.

It was walk in only and the place was clean and very comfortable. Malcolm talked to you as if you were old friends. He made you feel welcomed. I would refer this place to others.

I loved it. I got my first tattoo here and would for sure come back and get another. Malcolm is a fun guy and was super easy to work with, I definitely recommend !

Went in to get a septum piercing. Was the first piercing I had ever decided to get. Did a bit of research, but didn't know what exactly was "normal" for a piercing of this type.
Man behind the counter offered absolutely not helpful info during the whole process. No info on cleaning, jewelry, aftercare...
First pierce was crooked, so he did a second pierce. Gave me a couple of... odd looks. I simply paid and left, feeling kind of embarrassed. At first I was satisfied, but noticed it was hanging kind of crooked. I didn't think much at first, but I went home, looked in the mirror and it looks crooked. I'll give it some time to heal and see if maybe swelling might be part of the issue, but until I see the improvements, I don't think I could recommend anyone go to this place for a piercing.
