Got the 2nd hole in my ears pierced by Charlie and I let the apprentice pierce me. Both were very professional. Apprentice did great didnt even feel it. Would definitely recommend them.

I posted a two star review on Facebook after I went in on Friday the 13th. I'd expected a wait and was told it'd be around a half hour. I was there for well over an hour, which really didn't grate me much, until a group came in wanting piercings. The receptionist came over and said it'd be another half hour because the piercer would need a table when a tattoo artist finished up -- even though I'd been there for awhile and they'd just walked in. I said she could take my name off the list, left, and left my review.
Mathew messaged me on Facebook that night asking about it, and I told him the reason. I've been to plenty of tattoo shops (I have two sleeves, a leg piece, a rib piece, and many more) and I'm not unaccustomed to their blasé attitude, and I wasn't looking for any remedy for my experience. He proceeded to get extremely defensive, and said I was being petty. He continued on to say that he was going to share our conversation with his peers, which he did on his Facebook. Naturally his friends jumped to his defense, and said they'd bump up his reviews while he tries to get mine taken down.
You're a business. You won't make every customer happy. You can't bully a customer into removing a review reflecting their experience, and you're not entitled to it being taking down just because you can't handle negative feedback. I would be wary of how he would react to someone saying they were unhappy with his work ever -- especially of a business that has their friends fluffing their reviews.

Mathew's art isn't something he does, it's what he is.
They say it takes 10,000 hours of dedication to master a skill, and he passed that point years ago. Unlike most masters, however, he's compelled to still be constantly improving himself. He's also always searching for new techniques and styles that he can incorporate into his work.

I called to cancel my appointment that I paid $200 as I am moving before my appointment in November and just found out I got the place they told me as long as it was before 72 hours I could have a refund and she said refund not rescheduled I found someone where I'm moving to do it and she said " well it's you can't get a fund bc ur going to someone else not just canceling" smh I'm trying to get my scars covered and need it done before that time as well she told me if he can't do it by the time I need it they would REFUND me as well.

Got a piercing. Reasonably priced & experienced professionals. Gave advice on after care & which products to use. Loved the entire vibe.
